Huaian, Jiangsu – From November 12–14, 2025, the 10th Engineering Construction Waterproofing, Protection and Rehabilitation Technology Exchange was held in Huaian, Jiangsu. The event aimed to "lead innovation through standards and drive industry progress with technology," focusing on the demand for high-quality materials in "Quality Housing" construction and urban renewal, as well as the need for new waterproofing and protection technologies in infrastructure sectors such as nuclear power, wind power, and water conservancy.

Weldon’s R&D Director, Tang Xiancheng, delivered a keynote presentation titled "The Exposed Protection Revolution in Urban Renewal Strategy," which became a central focus of the conference. He emphasized that as urban renewal rises as a national strategy, building facade safety has evolved from a "construction quality" issue to a matter of "urban public safety."
