Fenghuangshan Viaduct is located in the northern part of Chengdu City, between Beixing Main Road and Sichuan-Shaanxi Road. It starts from Beixing Main Road and ends at Jinfurong Avenue. It passes through the Shengxian Lake area and Fenghuang Mountain area along the way, with a total length of about 7.74 kilometers. The entire line adopts a dual six-lane viaduct and simultaneously adopts the BRT rapid bus mode. It belongs to one of the "16 Horizontal and 12 Vertical" backbone road networks in the "North Reconstruction" area. At the same time, it is a urban expressway among the "Three Rings and Sixteen Radii" in the central urban area of Chengdu. It is an important north-south exit passage in the northern new town area. After completion, it will connect Chenghua District, Jinniu District and Xindu District, and make full use of the service functions of the North New Elevated Road and Jinfurong Avenue to form a rapid passage connecting the main urban area and the Xindu area within the region between Beixin Main Road and Sichuan-Shaanxi Road.
