This project is located in the south bank of Dianchi Lake, Kunming City, is the only local first-line seascape project, developed by Nostar Group ‌. The project covers an area of 16,000 mu, with unique ecological resources of Dianchi Lake, and is reputed as a first-line seasview house for both investment vacation and self-residence ‌. The project of colorful Yunnan · Gudian Famous City began to be planned in 2012 and officially started construction in 2013. By June 2016, the actual investment of the project has reached 10 billion yuan ‌. The project has also been named "National Ecotourism Demonstration Zone" and has been highly praised by the National Tourism Administration.
