The Midea Cambridge County project (Midea Hanlin Mansion) is located to the southeast of the new campus of Hebei University of Engineering in the eastern district of Handan. It is divided into three plots, S1, S2, and S3, covering a total area of about 583 mu with a total construction area of about 820,000 square meters. A total of 47 residential buildings are planned, amounting to 4,578 households (including 256 units of affordable housing). Composed of low-rise and high-rise buildings with 10, 11, 18, 22, and 29 stories respectively, the unit sizes vary from 90 to 125 to 165 square meters.
