On December 16, 2024, the Weldon Group and NCT Gao Yuxuan Group held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony at the NCT headquarters. Zheng Xianfang, Chairman of Weldon Group, and Datuk Sri Ye Yincaai, Founder and Executive Director-General Manager of NCT Group, formally signed the MOU, marking the official launch of their cooperation in the smart industrial park domain.

The NCT Gao Yuxuan Managed Smart Industrial Park is Malaysia's first certified Managed Industrial Park (MIP). It is located in the Southern Selangor Integrated Development Region (IDRISS), covering an area of 732.5 acres with a Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding 10 billion Ringgit. Datuk Sri Ye Yincaai, Founder and Executive Director-General Manager of NCT Group, stated that the industrial park will be equipped with advanced infrastructure, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things technology, and state-of-the-art data analytics to achieve smart interconnection systems and seamless operations. This aims to create a smart, efficient, and safe industrial park.

Chairman Zheng Xianfang expressed high expectations for this collaboration. He noted that Weldon Group has accumulated extensive project experience and successful cases in the field of green construction protection technology and has established solid partnerships with numerous well-known domestic and international enterprises. This collaboration with NCT Gao Yuxuan Group will fully leverage the strengths of both parties to jointly build an internationally competitive industrial park. This endeavor will set a benchmark for smart industrial parks in the region and globally, promote economic cooperation between China and Malaysia, and contribute to the economic growth of the ASEAN region.
