With total investment of nearly RMB 10 billion, it is one of the Wanda Group's A-grade flagship projects among its more than one hundred completed and developing Wanda Plazas. The complex combines a high-end shopping plaza, two 5A-grade office towers, a super five-star hotel and international-style serviced apartments.
Its functions include international and domestic fashion retail, a premium supermarket, children's theme entertainment, an IMAX cinema, KTV, an arcade, beauty and fitness facilities, restaurants and other lifestyle services. Experiential uses account for approximately 65% of the planned mix, reflecting the project's focus on integrated consumption and leisure.
