Located at the intersection of First Ring Road and Renmin North Road in Jinniu District, the project covers more than 200 mu and has a planned development area of approximately 1.2 million square metres. Its scale is about twice that of Chunxi Road and three times that of Jinhua Wanda Plaza, making it one of the largest and highest-grade flagship urban complexes in southwest China.
The development combines a shopping centre, fashion streets, premium central-city residences, SOHO serviced apartments and Grade-A offices. It brings together living, shopping, leisure, dining, culture and entertainment in one integrated destination.
