W12 Reinforced Tile-Facade Waterproofing and Protection System

A reinforced waterproofing system for higher-risk tiled facades, combining joint treatment, penetrating reinforcement, injection grouting, structural sealing and a weather-resistant transparent silicone rubber wall coating.

TECHNICAL OVERVIEW

Product and System Overview

Product Positioning

A reinforced protection system designed for tiled facades with higher safety, detachment and water-ingress risks. It combines a high-adhesion waterproof jointing compound, penetrating reinforcement primer and weather-resistant transparent silicone rubber wall coating with injection-grouting materials and MS polymer structural sealant.

Primary Functions

The system addresses reinforcement, detachment control and waterproofing in one coordinated process. Injection grouting and penetrating reinforcement help restore stability between the tiles, bonding layer and substrate, while jointing and structural sealing materials treat gaps and critical details.

Core Advantages

The outer transparent silicone rubber coating forms a continuous protective layer against rainwater, salt spray, acid rain and long-term weathering. The system is intended to reduce both water ingress and tile-detachment risk.

Applications

Designed for higher-risk tiled facades, including walls with a hollowing rate above 20%, coastal high-rise buildings, chemical facilities exposed to acid rain and buildings in seismic regions.

Performance Characteristics

Systematic reinforcement, detachment-risk control, joint and detail sealing, continuous transparent waterproofing and resistance to demanding exterior environments.
