Chengdu Phoenix Hill Sports Park is located in the Dujianian area of Jinniu District, Chengdu. It is bordered by Beixing Avenue, Tianlong Road, Tiange Road and an urban green park, approximately four kilometres from Chengdu’s Third Ring Road and one kilometre from the Ring Expressway.
The site covers approximately 655 mu, including about 276 mu for sports venues, 234 mu for supporting facilities and 145 mu for urban roads, green space and plazas. The venue area is equivalent to approximately 25 standard football pitches.
The complex is designed to host major international competitions and top domestic leagues while supporting youth football training, sports exchange, exhibitions, commercial performances, entertainment events and tourism. Its goal is to become an international competition centre, professional sports training centre, sports culture exchange centre and sports-industry development centre.
