W9 Concrete Protection Silicone Rubber Waterproofing and Protective Coating

A comprehensive silicone rubber protective coating for concrete substrates, designed to address cracking, leakage and surface deterioration caused by long-term exposure to rain, freeze-thaw cycles, salt spray, acids, alkalis and weathering.

TECHNICAL OVERVIEW

Product and System Overview

Product Positioning

W9 Concrete Protection is a comprehensive silicone rubber protective coating for concrete substrates. It is designed to address cracking, leakage and surface deterioration caused by long-term exposure to rain, freeze-thaw cycles, salt spray, acids, alkalis and weathering. A dedicated silane-modified primer is also provided to improve penetration and sealing of concrete substrates.

Primary Functions

It provides integrated protection for concrete substrates, including waterproofing and resistance to acid, alkali and salt-spray exposure. Its elasticity and adhesion allow it to accommodate a degree of substrate movement.

Core Advantages

The material is impermeable at 0.3 MPa for 120 minutes and can form an integrated waterproofing layer. After artificial weathering for at least 3,000 hours, the source material reports no cracking or chalking and a strength-retention rate above 95%.

Applications

Available in standard, Reflective King and traffic-bearing variants. The traffic-bearing variant emphasizes high strength and wear resistance for concrete roofs subject to foot traffic.

Performance Characteristics

Integrated waterproofing protection, acid and alkali resistance, salt-spray resistance, elasticity and adhesion.
